Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and engage them in meaningful conversations about our products and services.
• Provide accurate information and respond to customer inquiries effectively and professionally.
• Generate leads by identifying potential sales opportunities and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain a customer database by entering call details, customer information, and follow-up actions in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve call strategies.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls and leads generated.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance communication with customers.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
• Experience: 1 to 5 years in telecalling or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive tone.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the automotive industry or sales environment.
• Knowledge of telemarketing techniques and strategies.
