Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records accordingly.
• Follow up with leads and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase customer engagement.
• Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree in any field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the gold or jewelry industry.
• Additional certifications in sales or customer service.
