FAMS is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Tally - Data Entry Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, have hands-on experience with Tally software, and demonstrate exceptional accuracy in data entry. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform accurate data entry into the Tally software system.
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Support the accounting team in conducting audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate financial data sharing and reporting.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).
• At least 2 years of experience in data entry or accounting roles.
• Proficient in Tally software and other accounting tools.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certification in accounting or finance is an advantage.
• Experience in a similar industry will be a plus.
