Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of power generators at client sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to service requests and inquiries.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with team members and technical support to resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in power generation technology.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in servicing power generators or related equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and control panels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to travel as required to various job sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Experience with specific power generator brands and models.
