Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
• Document service actions by completing reports and logs as required.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and industry standards.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to MHE and electrical systems.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in servicing MHE and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in MHE or electrical systems.
• Experience with specific brands or types of material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
