Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of diesel generators to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in diesel generator systems.
• Perform installation and commissioning of new diesel generators at customer sites.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance schedules and repairs performed.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding generator operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in diesel generator technology.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum qualification of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).
• 1 to 7 years of relevant experience in servicing diesel generators or related equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines and generator systems.
• Proficient in diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in diesel engine technology or related fields.
• Experience with specific brands or types of diesel generators.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in generator servicing.
