Job Overview

S K PNEUMATICS TECHNOLOGY is seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance and repair of pneumatic systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

• Qualification: 10th Pass, ITI, or Diploma
• Experience: 0–3 Years
• Salary: ?15,000 – ?25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling service calls
• Installation and commissioning of equipment
• Spare parts sales and customer support

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of pneumatic systems and components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pneumatic equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to clients on the operation of pneumatic systems.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in pneumatic technology.
• Assist in the development of service manuals and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in service engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of pneumatic systems and their components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software related to pneumatic systems.
• Ability to travel frequently for on-site service calls.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in pneumatic systems or related technical training.
• Experience in customer service and client relations.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in technical service environments.
