Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and direct outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Present and demonstrate IT products to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of HSC qualification.
• 0-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT product sector.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in sales or IT-related fields are a plus.
• Experience with digital marketing and online sales strategies.
