Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B leads (OEMs, EPCs, distributors, project buyers)
- Visit clients, understand technical requirements
- Coordinate with production & QA teams
- Follow up till order closure
- Maintain CRM
- Develop long-term customer relationships
- 2–5 years experience in industrial / manufacturing sales
- Comfortable with technical products (FRP, electrical, industrial items, etc.)
- Strong communication (English + Hindi / local language)
- Willing to travel & do field sales
- Existing industrial contacts
- Fixed Salary: ?20k – ?30k (depending on experience)
- Incentives on Slab-based monthly targets
- Travel allowance / petrol
