Job Description
Monitor and supervise quality checks at all stages of gold bangle production
Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products
Ensure adherence to design specifications, weight accuracy, and finishing standards
Identify defects and coordinate with production team for corrections
Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
Train and guide QC staff and workers on quality standards
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Reduce rejection rate and improve overall product quality
Salary
