Job Description
Salary: ?90,000 – ?1,00,000 per month
Experience: 5–8 years
Industry Preference: Gold Bangles or Gold Jewellery (Mandetory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Research market trends, competitor designs, and customer preferences
- Create new design concepts for gold bangles and related jewellery
- Coordinate with CAD designers to convert concepts into technical drawings
- Manage sample development with karigars, casting, and polishing teams
- Ensure correct weight, finishing, and quality of samples
- Estimate gold weight, labour cost, wastage, and material requirements
- Check feasibility of designs for mass production and suggest cost optimization
- Coordinate with CAD, Purchase, and Production teams for smooth execution
- Ensure new designs meet company quality and finishing standards
- Maintain design catalogue, costing sheets, and sample records
- Submit weekly reports on new designs, samples, and upcoming trends
