Are you an experienced civil professional who can turn project plans into on-ground results?
The Planning Space is looking for a skilled and proactive planning / Civil Site coordinator with 5–7 years of experience to oversee civil construction activities for an ongoing warehouse project.
We are looking for someone with strong site execution capabilities, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to keep construction activities aligned with project schedules and cost objectives.
?? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Site Execution & Quality: Supervise day-to-day civil works, ensuring compliance with approved engineering drawings, technical standards, and project requirements.
? Planning & Progress Control: Track construction milestones, assess schedule performance, and drive timely completion of planned activities.
? Team & Contractor Coordination: Work closely with contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth execution and effective work sequencing.
? Resource Management: Monitor labour deployment, material availability, equipment utilization, and work-front readiness.
? Measurement & Billing: Cross-check executed quantities and assess contractor bills against actual site progress, BOQ, and approved project documentation.
? Quality Assurance: Inspect construction materials and workmanship, identify deviations, and ensure timely resolution of site-level issues.
? Project Reporting & MIS: Maintain Excel-based progress trackers, performance indicators, risk registers, and delay-monitoring records.
? Daily & Weekly Reviews: Prepare structured site progress reports, document constraints and action points, and present updates during project review meetings.
?? OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
?? 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
?? Experience in industrial, warehouse, pharmaceutical, or similar construction projects will be preferred.
?? Good understanding of civil drawings, BOQ, quantity verification, and contractor billing.
?? Proficiency in MS Excel for progress tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
?? Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
?? A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery.
