Required Qualifications and Skills

• Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in a pediatric setting.
• Strong understanding of biology and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate attitude and ability to work with children and families.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in pediatric nursing or related specialty.
• Experience in a hospital setting, particularly with children.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
