Kalinda Technical Services & Consultancy is seeking skilled and motivated Mechanical / Fire Design Engineers to join our dynamic team. As a Mechanical Engineering DraftMan, you will play a crucial role in designing and drafting mechanical systems that ensure safety and efficiency in fire protection. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and develop mechanical systems related to fire safety and protection.
• Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
• Conduct analysis and simulations to optimize mechanical designs.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback and changes in project scope.
• Maintain accurate documentation of design processes and revisions.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum HSC qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in mechanical design and drafting, preferably in fire protection systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and other design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications related to mechanical design or fire safety are a plus.
• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is advantageous.
