Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on two-wheeler vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct inspections and tests to identify vehicle problems and determine necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Communicate with customers to explain vehicle issues and recommend appropriate services.
• Stay updated with the latest in automotive technology and repair techniques.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).
• 1 to 15 years of experience in two-wheeler maintenance and repair.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Proficient in using various tools and diagnostic equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in automotive technology or a related field.
• Experience with electric or hybrid two-wheelers is a plus.
