• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a freelance or remote recruitment role.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media and networking.
• Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, AIRS) are a plus.
