Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise daily floor operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and enhance product knowledge.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organization of merchandise displays.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and appealing shopping environment for customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management review.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
• 2 to 15 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in inventory management and sales reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with jewelry sales and product knowledge.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail management software.
