As a Computer Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations by managing various computer systems and applications. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Monitor and control computer systems and operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.
• Input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems accurately.
• Generate reports and documents as required by management.
• Assist in the implementation of new software applications and upgrades.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve any operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 to 10 years of experience in a computer operations or similar role.
• Proficient in using computer applications and software, including MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with database management and data entry.
• Familiarity with network systems and IT support.
• Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certifications) are a plus.
