Job Overview

The Back Office Executive will play a crucial role in managing and supporting the back-end processes of our jewellery business. This position involves engaging with various departments, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in the daily operations of the back office, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Manage and maintain records of inventory, sales, and customer information.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing excellent service and support.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and financial statements.
• Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support the implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum HSC qualification.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in back office operations, preferably in the jewellery or retail sector.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of the jewellery industry and market trends.
