Job Overview: Kalinda Technical Services & Consultancy is seeking skilled and detail-oriented 3D Modellers / BIM Modellers to join our dynamic team. As a Draftman specializing in mechanical design, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of innovative design solutions. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about technology and design, with a strong foundation in 3D modeling and Building Information Modeling (BIM). This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and create accurate 3D models using CAD software and BIM tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and documentation for various projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in modeling and documentation.
• Review and analyze project designs for accuracy and feasibility.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and review.
• Continuously update skills and knowledge of the latest design software and technologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum qualification of HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
• At least 10 years of experience in 3D modeling and BIM.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and BIM applications.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in CAD/BIM software.
• Experience in a specific sector of mechanical engineering (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
