Job Overview

The Senior Accountant (Female Only) will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of the company, including preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and conducting audits. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Time : 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM 

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
• Manage the accounting cycle, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Mentor and train junior accounting staff as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2 to 10 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
• Experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
• Must Have worked in CA Firm
