Job Overview

The HR Manager will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will be instrumental in aligning our HR strategies with the company's goals, enhancing employee engagement, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Oversee employee performance management and development programs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience in a similar industry or organizational setting.
