Job Overview

The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for developing comprehensive proposals that align with client specifications and company offerings. This role involves collaborating with various departments to gather information, drafting proposal content, and ensuring timely submission of proposals. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and prepare detailed proposals in response to client requests and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitor offerings.
• Ensure all proposals comply with company standards and are submitted on time.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 5 years of experience in proposal writing or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
