Raj Vehicles is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our in-house sales team. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and exceptional service. Job Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales processes, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our sales team to develop strategies that meet the needs of our clients while promoting our products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer suitable vehicle solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about vehicle specifications and features.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and follow up with clients to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification.
  • 1 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Proficient in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in in-house sales or direct sales.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and services.
  • Sales training or certification is a plus.
